we encode tv shows to CRF quality between 19-23. not to a file size. so if i re-encode to small size will reduce quality. tell me a size u want. less than 200mb will very low. so i will make it to 200mb okay?

have to check. i didnt tried. i think x265 is for higher resolution videos like 4k videos
